Oaks Bottom Overlook: a fully furnished 1908 home on the bluff in Sellwood Our family home sits on the bluff above the Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge, with views across the Willamette to downtown Portland. Built in 1908 and beautifully restored, it pairs original woodwork and stained glass with an updated kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable long stay. We're away on a family sabbatical and hope to find someone who will enjoy the house as much as we do. The Home: • About 2,600 sq ft with four bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed and two closets (one walk-in), a queen bedroom with sweeping views, a third small bedroom with a twin bed that also works well as an office, and an attic bedroom with a full bed and a reading nook overlooking the city (and a sewing machine). • Kitchen with all-new 2026 appliances, including an induction range and French-door refrigerator, plus dishwasher, microwave, and fully stocked cookware and dishes. • Living room with river and city views, a cozy family room with a wood burning stove, and several spots to read, work, or host. • Dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. • Basement "game room" with large desk, printer, and TV. • Washer and dryer, linens, and household essentials provided. • Front porch with a swing, a lush backyard and gardens, and large private driveway.
