Master bedroom is very private, quiet, spacious and has a magnificent view of the whole Bay. It has a queen sized bed, a huge walk-in wardrobe, is about 17o sq feet. There is a desk in the room, as well as a small love seat. And you have a full bathroom of your own, as well a balcony also with amazing views. The 2nd bedroom has a nearly new Queen bed, 2 dresser drawers, and is very quiet. It has its own full bathroom and sits next to the office space. There is a full kitchen and lounge/ dining area with amazing views. There is also a beautiful front deck and peaceful backyard with a gas BBQ. I am an executive coach, an author and meditation teacher. Originally from Australia, I have been in the USA for nearly 20 years, and Berkeley area for just over 10 years. I am looking for a friendly and quiet couple or small family who want this beautiful space for the 2-to-2.5 months that I am away. It is a relaxed and happy space for someone who likes quiet and values being able to walk to the nearby Tilden Regional Park. There is a sweet set of shops just down the hill, and downtown Berkeley is a short drive away. Many restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. UC Berkeley campus is just about 7 minutes drive, or 30 minutes on the bus.
