Stay with us in a quiet neighbourhood that is a joy to explore, minutes away from Vancouver's largest transit hub on Commercial and Broadway. The iconic Commercial Drive has a great diversity of restaurants and coffee shops, and is a 10 min walk. The apartment is clean and well maintained and faces our backyard with trees and shade. There is lots of storage, including a walk-in closet. The laundry is available on the same level (but outside the unit), and it is mostly for your use (we have our own upstairs). The apartment is in our basement, so the ceilings are not full height: 6'6" or 2 meters. The natural light from the windows is a bit limited, but the main window looks out on the backyard and trees. You are welcome to use the backyard and there is plenty of outdoor furniture, including a work/dining table. The apartment is furnished, and has all the kitchen items. All extra items can be removed, but the big furniture pieces have to stay. If your stay is short and you are missing some items, we will happily provide. We often work from home and are looking for a quiet, serious tenant. We tend to rise early and be in bed before 10, so you will not have late-night noise. We are around to help you settle in and address any issues, and we will respect your privacy.

Comments: This is a basement suite in our home. We live in the two levels upstairs. It has a separate entrance, access to the backyard, and access to laundry downstairs (which will be essentially for your use, as we have our own upstairs).
