This gorgeous lower unit has been described as the most lovely and cozy unit previous guests have ever stayed in. And we've had many repeat visitors. South facing windows let in lots of natural light while heated hardwood floors keep things cozy in Winter. Designed fully by our neighbour, it has a full kitchen with European appliances and dish washer, a four piece bath with large tub for soaking, ensuite laundry and a separate bedroom with Queen bed. A luxe sofa bed pulls down to accommodate extra guests. Located on a quiet, treelined street with a rose garden surrounding the property with spots here and there to sit in the sun, this unit is fully furnished and beloved by guests who have called it home. A desk and Wifi are also included for working.

Comments: Ideally we are looking for a tenant to stay from Sept 21/22 to late October; for two weeks around Christmas and New Years and for five months from May to October, 2027 when my mother, the unit's owner, is at our family cottage.

Comments: This Lower Unit is one of 3, 1-bedroom units in our lovely home. It has its own entrance, full kitchen, 4-piece bath, ensuite laundry, heated hardwood floors. Small south-facing windows bring in natural light from a garden you are welcome to enjoy.
