Hi, I’m Gabriella. I am 62 years old and originally from Italy. I have recently returned to live in my flat after spending 16 years in Nepal, where I worked for the EU on a project in entrepreneurship development. During my time there, I also set up my own production centre for very special textiles: gabriellacappiello.com. I am now looking for new opportunities in my field of textiles and crafts, and in the meantime I would like to let my current home to someone who will take good care of it. You will only need to bring your personal belongings, as I will provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The flat is very well decorated, as I have a particular love for old furniture, and you will find some special pieces from my family and from my travels. For this reason, it is important to me to find someone who will appreciate and take good care of my things. The small bedroom will not be available, as I will be using it to store my personal belongings. However, the open-plan living room and the main bedroom are both spacious and comfortable for one person. The flat is currently listed for sale, as I am planning to retire in Italy in a few years' time and move to a small village there. Therefore, I am looking for someone who would be happy to allow James, the estate agent (who is a very friendly and considerate person), to show the flat to potential buyers. You would always be able to agree the date and time of any viewing directly with him, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. The location is excellent. It is very easy to reach major museums, galleries and academic institutions, and there are plenty of shops and services nearby. It is also a very friendly, community-oriented neighbourhood. The flat is very close to Hampstead, Hampstead Heath and Kenwood House, which are perfect places to escape the city when you need some peace and fresh air. King's Cross Station is very easy to reach if you need to travel outside London, and Euston Station is also convenient. And one final recommendation: I would definitely suggest becoming friends with the people at Roni's Bakery, just downstairs! Their products are really good, and they are a lovely part of the neighbourhood.
