Description
We offer a central Phoenix retreat in Midtown across the street from Encanto Park and Golf Course and blocks from downtown restaurants and the art district. Private resort-style swim spa in the large landscaped back yard. We are seeking Las Vegas-area exchange from early August 2026 until mid-May 2027 as we took a job at UNLV for the school year. Willing to arrange swapping back on occassion as needed or on a set schedule for long weekends, etc., if desired. We are flexible and willing to discuss options.
