Wonderful neighborhood, on the bike path. Botanical garden (free entry!) is next door, as is a renovated mill with yoga studio, spa, coffee shop, ice cream, pizza & many community events. Detached garage with room for bikes (or use city e-bikes, also 3 minutes away.) Wifi, water & gas/electric included. Biweekly cleaner can be arranged, but not included in price.
