Recently redone studio bathed in light in a very calm building/neighborhood with elevator and gardien. Less than 5-min walk to Ourcq metro station (line 5) and the parc de la Villette, and less than 10 min on foot to the magnificent parc des Buttes-Chaumont and the Canal de l'Ourcq. Comfortable work station with wi-fi, integrated washer/dryer. Right next to the charming Rue Eugene Jumin with excellent bread, cheese, boucher, cave, biocoop, etc. It's my home and I've lovingly furnished it with good soft lighting, art, books, so I'd love to find someone who appreciates this and who is looking for a quiet place to rest rather than a spot for gathering. There is a full-sized fold out couch (very high quality) and a single tatami/futon set up.
