Description
We are looking to sublet our sunny, Somerville apartment from mid-June to early-August (we would like one month minimum). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a private porch with grill. The apartment was just renovated last year, and it is conveniently located to public transit (Gilman Square) and excellent restaurants. Aside from keeping the place clean and quiet, whoever stays here should also have a slightly green thumb to keep plants alive and healthy while we're gone. It's easy with the sunlight we get. Other: mini-splits in the kitchen, living room, and each bedroom (A/C and heat), one off-street parking spot.

Comments: Less than a 5 minute walk from the Gilman Square Green Line train station and a short bus ride to Sullivan Square Orange Line train station. Also a short walk away from the Somerville bike/walking path.
