I travel alot to India and are currently making 3 films over there. I will be on the international Film Festival Circuit for the next 12-18 months. I love my home and my garden and my apartment inspires me to write and to work on my films. The space is larger that most Brunswick apartments and it is really well laid out for more than one person or a small family. Parents could seperate themselves from their children and vis versa. Proximity to Melbourne University, Melbourne Hospital, Royal Womans and Peter Mac is walking and short traming distance. the city is a 15 min tram ride. If you love outdoor activity, the pool is a 4min walk, Princess Park 5 mins, great for running, the city cycle trail is riight at my back door. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the smaller bedroom has a queen size bed. Both have ensuites. I love the space and would appreciate a tennent that enjoys the proximity and the indoor qualities of a quiet and relaxing santurary.
