Description
I fell in love instantly with this apartment for its view and its location, but moreover for the discreet charm it exhales, making it both a great writer's retreat and a spectacular romantic getaway for lovers discovering Paris. I am a senior academic, I have traveled a lot for work in Europe, the States and the South Pacific mainly. This is my Parisian "pied-a-terre". I am often away and likes to rent and/or exchange my apartment in Paris for short periods. This coming Summer I will be away for most of July and August. Looking for beautiful places, historical or modern, located in convenient locations (not necessarily high-end, as long as transportation is ok). Open to home swapping at different periods, and for unequal periods of time if your home is bigger than mine and can fit me and my family (2 adults and one or two grown-up, well behaved children).

Comments: The apartment is very cosy and comfortable, 4th floor with lift. Virtually at walking distance from everything including trendy bars and restaurants, movie theaters, bakeries and shops. There is no washing machine but a laundry stands nearby.

Comments: This place is a typical Parisian pied-a-terre. It has been refurbished and looks like a hotel room, with more privacy and the necessary amenities. The bathroom is efficiently designed. The sofa bed is very comfortable and also brand new
