Charming three-bed, two-bath house in the Fry’s Spring neighborhood, a great setup for families with small children. We're two academics at the university, spending the 2026-2027 year away. Our house is on a quiet, tree-lined street that's popular with walkers and runners. The house is set back from the street with a spacious front yard, sunny patio, and gravel driveway. Inside, the first floor includes a kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and laundry room, and one bedroom (currently set up as an office and guest bedroom with a fold-out couch). Upstairs are two more bedrooms plus a full bath. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom is currently set up for children, with one twin bed and one toddler bed. We can also provide a soft-sided crib for a baby. Any of the beds in the children's room can be removed prior to rental. The Fry's Spring neighborhood is walkable and quiet. From our house, it's a pleasant 30-minute walk to campus. On your way, you'll pass a small commercial corner with a neighborhood coffee shop, several restaurants, a bike shop, etc. Or you can just catch a bus at the end of our block that takes you right to the university, medical center, and downtown Charlottesville.
