Description
I am looking for someone interested in sharing my home during the school year for UC Santa Cruz or surrounding colleges. I live part time in Olympia, Washington and travel throughout California for my job, it is hard to say how often I will be at the house. There are two sides of the house, separated by the kitchen. One nice size bedroom with a queen size bed and a guest room with twin beds for visitors which you are welcome to have visitors too (you will be surprised how many people like to visit you in Santa Cruz :-) ) I am flexible and low key, work hard, volunteer in the community and stay busy. Both sides of the house have their own private space to enjoy.

Comments: There are two sides to the home, with a kitchen dividing the home. 2 bedrooms come available with the rented side, full bath, dining room, living room and office space with a shared kitchen. One room is for visitors, yours and mine both.
