Located in a quiet residential pocket of San Diego’s Ridgeview/Webster neighborhood, our fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is available for a two-month summer stay. We are looking for a responsible tenant or couple/family who will enjoy living here and care for the home and furnishings as thoughtfully as we do. The house is incredibly warm, comfortable, and intentionally designed. It has beautiful natural light throughout, updated finishes, and a calm atmosphere that makes it especially well suited for remote work, writing, research, or a fun and sunny summer in San Diego. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser storage, and a clean, minimalist feel. The second bedroom functions as a home office and guest room, with a very comfortable Murphy bed that easily converts the space into a second sleeping area. The office setup includes a large desk and workspace ideal for anyone working remotely during their stay. Both rooms have ample closet and storage space. The home has a spatious open living/dining layout with updated flooring and a remodeled kitchen featuring modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for cooking at home. The kitchen opens naturally into the living area, making the space feel bright and connected, while also having it's own separate area. The bathroom has also been recently remodeled with modern fixtures and warm design details. A big highlight of the property is the outdoor space. The backyard is unusually large for a centrally located San Diego home and is designed for relaxing and entertaining. There is a large outdoor dining setup, plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine, and a bonfire/firepit area that makes evenings especially enjoyable. The outdoor area has a private, peaceful feel and catches beautiful light throughout the day. The neighborhood is centrally located and residential, with easy access to downtown San Diego, South Park, North Park, beaches, hiking, universities, and major freeways. Grocery stores, cafés, parks, and local restaurants are all nearby. The location makes it easy to enjoy both a quiet home environment and the broader city. This home would be especially ideal for visiting academics, graduate students, remote professionals, or anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtfully maintained summer home in San Diego. This is our personal home and will remain fully furnished with our belongings, but we will put many items in storage so the tenant has ample space for their belongings. We are hoping to find tenants who value and respect lived-in spaces. We care deeply about our home and are looking for people who will treat it with the same level of care and consideration.
