Come live in a spacious, arty, light-filled house with incredible 360 degree views of the surrounding mountain ranges in a quiet, highly desirable neighborhood, walking distance to the plaza in the center of town. Santa Fe is best in the non-winter months with mild temperatures, consistent sun, beautiful sunsets, live music, hundreds of restaurants, and world-class opera, dance. The house is open-concept with large rooms, high coved ceilings, arches, saltillo tile and wood floors, and large picture windows. Enjoy a spacious kitchen equipped for a chef (appliances, cookware, servingware, gourmet fixings). There is a guest bedroom that could be used as an office or a second bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and one with double-shower/double-sinks. We currently have an extra car that could potentially be used by someone. The largest of the 3 decks is furnished, has shade and sun for enjoying different views at different times of day, and is particularly wonderful in the morning and the evening. Considerations: The house has 5 year old appliances. This house feels rural (trees, quiet, space) despite its proximity to town. The house has a swamp cooler, rather than an air-conditioner (which is an effective type of cooling used in the southwest). About Us My husband and I work remotely (civil rights attorney and democracy policy expert) and are looking to live in Barcelona for 3-6 months in 2027. We love art, architecture and would enjoy being in a city again for an extended period of time. We are both clean, neat, and handy. We will take good care of your house.
