Meera is a professor of creative nonfiction at the graduate School of Letter in Tennessee and will be down there teaching in July. Steve is a retired BU professor of Religious Studies. Our quiet, beautiful (solar-powered) sun-drenched house is nestled on 1.6 acres with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Open layout yet cozy, with colorful charm. Soak in a claw-foot tub with skylight overhead, cook up a feast in the fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen, or sink into the comfy couch for a movie. Work or relax from the office perch with windows and books galore (with daybed) or step outside to an expansive wooden deck overlooking bird feeders, perennial gardens, and forest. Graze in the raspberry patch, nap in the hammock, or jump in the pool and rinse off in the outdoor shower afterwards. In a private location, but only a few miles from shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. in Hyannis and beaches in every direction. EV charger in driveway. Grounds are treated organically for ticks. Note this is our home and contains personal belongs but there will be room in drawers and closets for short-term stay. Sorry, no smoking (indoors) or pets. Minimum weekly rental.

Comments: Prime secluded mid-Cape retreat close to town and beaches
Comments: Ideally you can stay the whole time.
Comments: Smoking ok outside but not inside. Kids are ok but the house is not baby-proofed and know there is a pool with a fence and latching gate.
Lovely to keep the house plants and deck plants watered. Enjoy the raspberries and herbs!
