Underground parking and use of a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, office, and rooftop balcony are included. The condo overall is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, plus a loft that's used as an office (1500 sq ft). Great location, equidistant from UCLA and the beach, with plenty of walkable grocery stores, restaurants, and bars! I ride my bike to UCLA and it takes 20 minutes. During normal commute times, driving takes about the same. You'll be sharing the condo with me. I'm a 44 year old male UCLA professor. I like cooking, hiking, climbing, and reading!
