Lovely 1-2br Strathcona suite with large garden for Summer/fall

Looking for someone to stay in my 1-2br Strathcona suite while I'm out of town working in the summer, fall, and possibly spring. I converted the second bedroom into an office, but it could be used as a bedroom again. Suite has a very well stocked kitchen and a dishwasher, washer/dryer. It is very close to downtown and a lot of shops and restaurants/cafes. Less than a block from a bikeway that cuts across the entire city. Very large backyard garden access and lots of free street parking. The house shares a backyard/garden with the house next door and you'd have free use of it. They do a lot of gardening and would probably be open to you joining if you're interested! The neighbors are all extremely lovely, as is the landlord. The two houses used to be his family's homes, so he keeps them in good condition and is careful to ensure new tenants will fit in. The kitchen is very well stocked, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, burr grinder, stove, and toaster oven. Two very comfortable couches in the living room, several puzzles and games that you'd be welcome to use, as well as a lot of books (more than shown in the pictures). You'd be welcome to remove any artwork or rearrange things as you'd like. The suite is a basement suite. It's half underground, so it stays very cool throughout the summer. There are several windows that allow in natural light, but it is not extensive. A few people live upstairs. They are very respectful and never have parties or play loud music, but it's an older house, so you will hear them walking around periodically. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and occupied mostly by families. You'd be a 5-10 minute walk to downtown, Gastown, Chinatown, Commercial Drive, and Main St without all of the noise and hassle of living directly in those areas. There are a lot of cafes, stores, and breweries that are scattered throughout the area. There is a lot of free street parking if you have a car.
