The ideal tenant(s) are quiet, clean, non-smoking professionals who would treat the home with respect, and be cordial to the neighbors. The house located in peaceful El Sereno, just steps from Ascot Hills Park, a true city gem with hiking trails and breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles. Centrally located, a 10-12 minute drive to: Figueroa Street in Highland Park, downtown Alhambra, South Pasadena, Chinatown, and Downtown LA. Walking distance to one cafe/convenience store and one coffee shop, but the neighborhood is primarily residential. A short walk to the 76 bus to Union Station.
