The private suite includes a spacious furnished bedroom, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace, love seat, and direct access to a tropical patio and pool. Shared areas include the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, patio, garden, and pool. The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, utilities, dedicated parking, and bi-weekly professional cleaning. The location is ideal for someone connected to the University of Miami, Miami Dade College, medical training, research, consulting, or a temporary professional assignment. The home is in North Coconut Grove, a short walk to Metrorail, with easy access to UM, Coral Gables, Brickell, downtown Miami, Coconut Grove village, parks, restaurants, The Underline, and the bay. There is free transportation throughout Coconut Grove with The Circuit. The home is shared with two sweet indoor cats, Chloe and Bella, so the tenant must be comfortable with cats. They stay to themselves and are not overly friendly. When I travel, light cat/house sitting may be arranged in advance for rent credit. This may include feeding the cats, minor mail or package collection, light plant watering, and alerting me to any pool or home issues.
