NB: 6 month minimum stay Hi, my family and I will be leaving our beloved home for between 10 and 12 months, and are looking for a very respectful tenant from the second week of August. The house is in a very peaceful neighbourhood close to the renowned Gunnersbury park and museum (and brand new leisure centre and sports facilities). It is in the Gunnersbury triangle conservation area with tennis club at the heart of the community. It is also within walking distance of the river Thames and Kew Gardens. The Piccadilly and district lines are just a few minutes walk away and central London and Heathrow are both a 20 minute ride away, so the convenience is exceptional. Our home would suit a plant and garden lover and ideally one person, or a professional couple. It is a very peaceful space and is filled with bright south facing natural light. There is a spare single bedroom that can be used as a study. The third children’s room will be kept shut with our belongings. The garden has a lovely deck and seating area under a pergola, and a vegetable garden for harvesting your own produce. Bills are not included, so you will have to pay for water (fixed), gas and electricity (we have an extremely cheap rate between 11.30 and 5.30 as we are eligible for Electric Vehicle charging rates). We will continue to pay council tax however. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like an initial chat. We look forward to hearing from you.
