We are seeking to rent our delightful 1930s Ithaca home during a semester sabbatical. Enjoy the open kitchen/dining space with peninsula and new appliances (remodeled 2023). Cozy up by the fireplace (updated 2025). Three spacious bedrooms include a primary bedroom with high ceilings, reading nook, and ensuite bathroom (updated 2023), a large bedroom with twin beds, play area, and couch, and a smaller bedroom/study. The large backyard has a fire pit, patio, and sandbox. Make the most of an Ithaca winter by cross-country skiing on nearby trails or sledding at the neighborhood school. Families will appreciate the proximity to Belle Sherman elementary, less than 100 yards away - kids can walk themselves! Walk or bike to Cornell; five-minute drive to Ithaca College. Walk or >5 min drive to Collegetown, the Commons, and local Coal Yard Cafe.
