We are an academic couple on sabbatical in California, leaving our lovely townhome in Hillsboro village to be rented out during that time. Home description: Downstairs, the home features a living room with a large bay window, kitchen/dining room, half bath, and patio with furniture. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a desk, as well as a bathroom with separate toilet. Please don't hesitate to reach out for more photos. We are also happy to provide a high chair, (travel) crib, and some toys/books. This is a perfect place for an academic (couple) or postgrad looking to visit Vanderbilt or Belmont for a semester! You can reach VUMC within a brief 5 minutes walk, and the rest of the Vanderbilt campus is not much further. Belmont is only a 15 minute walk. There is plenty to do in the neighborhood! A large park/playground, bars, cafe's, boutique shops, all within 2 minutes walk. Tenants are welcome to bring a car as there are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the door. We want to note that the home is a 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom place, but one bedroom will be used to store our belongings. The rest of the home is completely available.
