Description
We are moving for one to two years to Dallas for work, and are looking to rent our house while we are away. The house gets lots of natural light and is zoned to great schools in a friendly neighborhood with easy highway access and a large office space. The large kitchen is excellent for cooking (and bakers will enjoy the two ovens). The house is only partially furnished: the master bedroom and the office are finished, along with the living and dining rooms, but two bedrooms are unfurnished (except for book shelves).

Comments: Our house was completely remodeled when we purchased it in 2023, with new HVAC, pool equipment, roof, electric wiring, windows, master bedroom, kitchen island, and stainless steel appliances. The house is zoned to the excellent Kolter Elementary and the high quality Bellaire high schools. The neighborhood is lovely and great for walking around, featuring a very large nearby park (Willowbend Watering Hole). We are offering the house partially furnished, as seen in the photos (we are happy to remove any unwanted furniture). The house has never flooded.
