Landlord lives upstairs and is very attentive to the apartment. Located on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood, near businesses on Hope St. and Main Street. The apartment has great sunset views over the back yard. I'm looking for someone to enjoy the apartment while I am on a research fellowship for the academic year. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible within a few weeks.
