We are looking for a respectful tenant to enjoy our home for a semester. The house is fully furnished 3-bed and 2-bath home that was renovated in 2023. First floor includes kitchen and dining room, living room, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, and a patio with grill and furniture for enjoying the summer and fall weather. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower tub. We are happy to work with any renter's needs to modify what we have available vs. store. The house is a beautiful historic home with exposed brick walls in the center of German Village. The house is around the corner and down the block from a number of coffee and pastry shops, delicious restaurants, book stores, clothing stores, ice cream shops, delis, and parks. We are on a number of bus lines and the neighborhood itself is very walkable. The house is close to a number of universities, including OSU, Franklin, Capital, and Otterbein. It is also close to hospitals and medical centers, including Nationwide, OSU, Grant Medical.
