The apartment is located in a standalone carriage house behind the main house at the same address. There is a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a charming office overlooking the backyard. Utilities typically range from $100–250 per month, depending on usage. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible, though I am ideally looking for someone planning to stay for 9–12 months.
