We are both visual artists, German& Brazilian. Our apartment is located in a charming neighbourhood ( Kollwitz place), where you can experience historical atmosphere, at the same time nice restaurants, many parks (ex: Mauer Park, Volks park Friedrichshain, Wasser Türm etc) , cinemas, cafés, open markets, flea markets, and with a very residential flair. The apartment is on the 1st floor,cosy and elegant , it has 4mt high, offering a big living room (+- 36 m2) with a dinning table, library shelf, TV , armchair and sofa ,plus another big room about the same size that can be used as a living or working space with two desks, an armchair, hi-fi equipment, beamer, a hammock next to a big window (perfect location for reading a book!). The apt has 2 bedrooms ,one has a kingsize bed, the other has a single bed). One full bathroom with bathtub plus a smaller bathroom with a shower/WC. The kitchen is modern and full equipped, plus a laundry machine in a little room. We will keep one extra room locked ,where it will be mostly of our personal objects and working material. It is important for us to have tenants that are careful and respectful. Our neighbours in the building are all very nice and we all share a courtyard with a nice little garden with a big table in open air. We would be happy to make a video call with the candidates for the apartment to get to know ourselves a bit in a cozy conversation and to clear any possible questions .
