We are offering our furnished NW DC home for a summer stay while traveling abroad. Our two affectionate and highly social 8-year-old cats are very much part of the household and would thrive with tenants who enjoy animals and are comfortable caring for them during their stay. The home includes access to the primary bedroom, office, two full bathrooms, newly renovated kitchen, living room, sun room, and outdoor deck. Two bedrooms — my son’s room and a guest room — will remain private. Ideal for a visiting academic, professional, or mature couple seeking a quiet residential environment. Maximum two occupants. No parties, events, or additional pets.
