Cozy and quiet one bedroom by Canal St Martin/Marais - with washer & dryer

Description

Experienced Italian/French host, I am looking for responsible guests for my central one bedroom. You are welcome to stay for one week or up to a few months. Reviews from previous rentals available upon demand. Located along a tree-lined boulevard, in a traditional and well maintained 1800 building, my 38 sq m (409 sq ft) one-bedroom is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer and microwave). The bedroom features a 160cm/63" x 200cm bed, while the sofa can unfold in a 140 x 200cm additional bed. Large walk-in closet with a safe - plenty of room for luggage and personal items. Very spacious bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. Located on the ground/first floor - no stairs to access which is very practical with luggage or groceries. The apartment faces a peaceful courtyard ... great sleep guaranteed - also a great spot if you need to park your bike. The typical Parisian courtyard is shared by the building’s residents and serves as access to the various entrances, so you may occasionally see people passing by. The building is secure - entrance by code only and concierge on site.
