Experienced Italian/French host, I am looking for responsible guests for my central one bedroom. You are welcome to stay for one week or up to a few months. Reviews from previous rentals available upon demand. Located along a tree-lined boulevard, in a traditional and well maintained 1800 Parisian building, my 38 sq m (409 sq ft) one-bedroom is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer and microwave). The bedroom features a 160cm/63" x 200cm bed, while the sofa can unfold in a 140 x 200cm additional bed. Large walk-in closet with a safe - plenty of room for luggage and personal items. Very spacious bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. Located on the ground/first floor - no stairs to access which is very practical with luggage or groceries. The apartment faces a peaceful courtyard ... great sleep guaranteed - also a great spot if you need to park your bike.
