Family apartment in a warm residence, at Belleville, cosmopolite quarter

Description

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor. It consists of a large 40 m2 living room with open kitchen and lounge, all bordered by a long south-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equiped. We have a piano in the living room and a TV. The balcony ends with a little alcove. We then have 3 bedrooms: the parents'room has a double bed and a small desk, and 2 children's bedrooms: the first one has 160 cm bunk beds, and the second one has a mezzanine bed. We can put an extra one size bed in one of the chidren's room. The bathroom contains a bathtub, ideal for young children. There are independant toilets. We have a small laundry room and many cupboards. The apartement is south and east facing, not too hot during the summer, and underfloor eating. It is in a quiet residency, made up of nice people, away from street noise, but into the popular quarter of Belleville. After school, children usually safelly play for a few moment in the courtyards.
