We are looking for subletters for a 2BR apartment during the summer session, with the possibility of extending into the Fall semester. The space would be ideal for two graduate students, friends sharing the apartment, or a couple with a young child looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay. It’s a quiet apartment and a great place to read, write, and get work done during the summer months. You’ll find a lovely neighborhood park right across the street, perfect for a stroll or a jog. The apartment is just a short walk from some nice restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, a pharmacy, the Post Office, and the YMCA. A bus stop (51) is right around the corner and takes you to the green line. Plus, the commuter rail (Bellevue and Highland) is close by and within walking distance. The Harvard Arnold Arboretum is a 25-min walk away. We have a friendly two-year-old female cat with white fur. To keep her happy and healthy, we’re looking for tenants who can provide her with daily food and a weekly clean of her litter box. Additional pictures upon request.
