We are looking for a responsible couple to enjoy our home and all of the pleasures and conveniences of the Riley Park neighbourhood in Central Vancouver. We appreciate offering tenancy to a family who will enjoy and care for our home as if it were there own. This is a four month rental period but we can be flexible with dates within this timeframe. We have multiple properties and are very experienced with our role as landlords and the rights and expectations of tenants in BC. We are Jan and Paul, who have enjoyed this home for the past 25 years. We are semi retired, remaining active participating extensively in various sports and outdoor pursuits as well as frequent oversees travels.
