Beautiful uptown 2BR with stunning views available for 3 week summer stay

We have a beautiful and spacious 2BR 1Ba apartment. We are on our annual summer vacation from June June 27th to July 18th and would love to find someone to stay at our place during that period. [NOTE - we are also going away for a longer period of time in the Fall and so you may see a duplicate listing for those dates.] We are a family of four with two small children (ages 6 and 3). The master bedroom is huge, has a queen bed, gets a ton of sunlight, and has a home office set up (where one of us typically works from during the week). The 2nd bedroom has a twin trundle bed that can fit two (adults can fit too - we often sleep in there). The kitchen is recently renovated and great for people who like to cook (like us) with new appliances, including dishwasher. Living room is massive with 180 degree views of the Hudson River and GW Bridge. Lots of room to hang and for kids to play if you have kids). The amenities are amazing. 24 hour doorman and security, laundry in basement, on-site garage, a fully-equipped gym overlooking the Hudson River, residents only indoor and outdoor play areas, 7.5 acres of lush gardens overlooking the Hudson (accessible to residents only) and a spectacular roof deck. Really great location, with quick access to most parts of the city via Subway (5 minute walk to the A train and 15 minute walk to 1 train). It's about 25 minutes to Columbia and 40 minutes to NYU (I am faculty at NYU). There's a beautiful park a 5 minute walk away - Fort Tryon Park, which is home to the Cloisters (part of the Met Museum). Great coffee shops, bars, dining, shopping and grocery options around the corner. Situated on a really quiet tree-lined residential street, so a great place to concentrate if you need to get work done or just have a peaceful time in the city. Our only request (other than the typical courtesies of keeping the place tidy) is to help water the plants. Nothing too complicated. The space is ideal for a family, a couple, or individual.
