I'm looking for an academic who is interested in spending time in the Miami Beach (Surfside) area.The condo is a gem -- location is amazing. Walking distance to Surfside's shopping area. There is a walking / biking/ running trail along the beach. The condo is on Collins, directly on the beach with private beach access. It also has a recently renovated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. It is a quiet building and a great place to work. The apartment itself does faces west and does not have an ocean view. This is our home, so looking for the right person!
