The 3000-square foot house has a spacious living room, dining room, beautiful sunroom with 3 walls of windows and skylights, fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom, guest room, and children’s room. The master bedroom sleeps two adults; the guest room has a fold-out sofa that can sleep another two. The children's room includes a bunkbed (2 single beds) and a crib, as well as puzzles, games, car tracks, dollhouse, play kitchen and more. The living room holds a huge collection of books, records, and a piano. As this is our primary residence, it includes everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including all kitchenware, linens/towels, coffee machine, work spaces, and wifi. The yard includes a large patio table with chairs and working grill for evenings outside, and plenty of space for kids to run around. Located only a few blocks from the heart of Queen Anne, the house is a short walk from cafes, bars, restaurants, playgrounds, grocery stores, and other amenities. 10 minute bike ride from South Lake Union. Short drive from some of the state’s best nature excursions.
