Window ACs in both bedrooms and the dining room, plus a portable AC for the living room. 5 minutes' walk to the center of Columbia campus, 10 minutes to both the 1 train at 116/Broadway and A/B/C/D trains at 125th. The building has an elevator and laundry. Furnished. Wifi included. No pets, no smoking. Available end of May–mid January. Ideally, one sublet for the full period, but happy to split into summer (late May–August) and fall (September–mid January) separately. For the Fall, also open for an apartment swap with someone from Tel Aviv.
