We're an architect/filmmaker couple. Our place was a warehouse now transformed. We're on the hippest street in Toronto, Geary Ave, with brewpub, cool restaurants, wine bar, an industrial feel with residential homes. We have parks that string their way along the street and we're close to transit. We are within walking distance to University of Toronto, TMU and transit to York U. Our place has been featured in design magazines (Dwell, Design Lines etc) and is perfect for a sabbatical and writing. Our home is special and we're looking for people who want to keep it that way.

Comments: We are downtown toronto in one of the last mixed use neighborhoods without the traffic. It’s a neighborhood wit parks and trees and it’s within walking distance to two major universities.
