I am looking for a long term (four months or more) tenant for my lovely semi detached Edwardian house in Gloucester. It is close to all the University of Gloucestershire campuses, and an hours commute to Bristol. The house is light and airy, heated by gas central heating and naturally cool in the summer. There are plenty of places to work and it’s very peaceful despite being near the centre. Is has a beautiful south facing garden with an open aspect, fruit trees and a small lawn. Friendly neighbours in the central urban Linden area. Walking distance to great restaurants in the Docks and a great Indian restaurant. Recently renovated and redecorated, with work to kitchen, bathroom and new windows. I am an interior designer so it looks lovely, decorated in gentle colours, and is a very homely home.
