Large, beautifully furnished one-bedroom in walkable East Rock neighborhood

I’m subletting a bedroom in a large, nicely furnished apartment on the first floor of an East Rock home. (Note: It's a two-bedroom apartment, but the second bedroom will be closed/unoccupied for the summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.) About the home: The home is beautifully furnished, including vintage furniture and lamps, artwork, a large OLED TV and sound system, a record player, and many books. It has a thoroughly equipped kitchen (blender, immersion blender, food processor, rice maker, All Clad pans, pizza steel, coffee grinder, plates, wine glasses, etc.), as well a set of adjustable weights. The bathroom is recently updated and gets abundant natural light. There is free laundry located in the basement (which is shared with 2-3 other tenants upstairs), and the home has a large backyard with a grill, firepit, and picnic table. Ample street parking is available (I have a permit you can use). The location: Bishop St. ~10-minute walk to Yale's Science Hill and the School of Management, ~20-minute walk to Yale's main campus. Yale also runs a shuttle service that stops at the end of the street. Around the corner from East Rock Breads, Nica's Market, and multiple coffee shops. ~5-minute walk to Modern Apizza, Hanmi Korean grocery store, and more. ~10-minute drive/rideshare to New Haven Union Station. The rooms: The bedroom will be clean and furnished with a queen mattress, bed frame, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The dining room has a table for six, as well as another small desk. The living room seats seven comfortably, and has a door that can be closed to separate from the rest of the apartment if needed. Dates and rent: Available June 2–August 15 (flexible). Rent is $1,750 per month, all utilities included. I'm looking for a Yale-affiliated person or couple who will be respectful of the home I've created in New Haven while I'm away for the summer.
