Description
Charming old house with lots of books, lovely kitchen, stocked pantry. Use our front porch and our outdoor gas grill! We like our neighborhood and value our neighbors and we'd like to feel that the house is in good hands. We would love to find a calm, non-smoking house-sitter or two than can occupy our house while we travel and take care of a few things like mail and plant watering.

Comments: We would expect you to pay for gas and electricity. We will maintain Wifi but you would need to pay for Verizon cable for TV. Seeking tenant(s) to take in mail, water orchids and other plants, and keep things in order.
