Our large home, built in 2018, is in the small town of Watkinsville, a 20-minute drive from the University of Georgia. The 3,000 square feet is split over two floors, with an open kitchen and large family room area. Our screened porch allows you to enjoy the summer without being bothered by mosquitos, and our front porch is decently shaded by trellised vines. We've got two wonderful parks within walking distance: Wire Park features restaurants, a brewery, public library, shops, a yoga studio, ice cream parlor, and other indoor-outdoor activities, while Thomas Farm Preserve is a lovely semi-wooded space with a dog park, walking trails, running paths, and a small lake for fishing.

Comments: Thomas Farm Preserve is a gorgeous park w/hiking + running trails + a manmade lake for fishing. There's a gazebo too and Adirondack chairs. Also within walking distance, Wire Park features a brewery, shopping, ice cream, yoga, picnic space + library.

Comments: We are a quick 15-minute drive from the UGA campus, yet far enough out to be in the country. We've got a nice screened in porch, wide back yard, and are surrounded by woods. There are two lovely parks nearby for walking, running, eating, relaxing..
