We are leaving for a research stay at Harvard and are renting out our fully equipped and much-loved Vienna apartment. Our sun-drenched and fully furnished 70 ft apartment is located in the heart of Vienna, in one of its most picturesque and lively districts, Josefstadt. The flat is situated on the fifth floor of a modern building with an elevator and includes access to a bike storage room. Our apartment features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with direct access to a balcony above a serene yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and we are happy to leave all essentials for the tenant, including cutlery, a coffee machine, a mixer, and more. There are two bedrooms furnished with a king-size and a queen-size bed. The apartment includes one bathroom with a combined washer/dryer, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a convenient storage room. If needed, we can also assist in arranging a garage space in a nearby building. We also have a rented garden in the nearby park. Josefstadt, Vienna’s smallest district, is vibrant and full of character, with charming cafés, restaurants, theaters, galleries, and parks all within easy reach. The location is excellent: just a 10-minute walk to the main campus of the University of Vienna, and within 5 minutes of the U6 metro line as well as several tram and bus stops. Grocery stores, bakeries, and other amenities are just steps away.
