I am thinking about renting out my apartment in the Corbusier building during my travel abroad, ideally for the full time indicated. It was renovated in 2025 and re-designed to experience the building's structure, with a balcony to the East overlooking Berlin and to the West overlooking Grunewald and Spandau. Great views from the 17th floor (9th "street"). It is an open space with two beds (120 cm) that can be folded into cabinets during the day (one bed is designed as a guest bed, the dining table has to be shifted to unfold it). I will provide space for you but I will not be able to remove all of my things of course. And I would like to ask you to water the few plants that I have.

Comments: Note: This is my apartment; I will be travelling for the indicated period and could rent it out. The appartment has one entry with a separate studio, which is rented as well. The studio and the apartment can be locked separatedly.
