The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing a quiet street with cherry trees in the spring. I lived here while getting my PhD at Bryn Mawr College, a 10 minute walk away. I've moved to Boston for a professorship and want to rent out my apartment in Bryn Mawr while I get settled for a year in the area. It is possible that I will rent out for longer, but that is not yet decided. Building is no pets and no smoking. Laundry in-unit, central air and heat. All utilities other than internet are included in HOA fee, which is already folded into the rent. Grocery store a 2 minute walk away and train a 10 minute walk away. 5 minute drive from Ardmore and Trader Joes.

It has a lovely balcony with a view. 10 minute walk from Bryn Mawr train station and across the street from the Acme. $2600 per month, with all utilities other than internet included and 2 parking spaces. Rented out by a recent Bryn Mawr alum and current Professor in Boston.
