Please note that this is a shared accommodation with the owner. It provides a large private bedroom with comfortable, new, queen-sized bed (with premium mattress), desk / work space, and luxurious en suite spa-like private bathroom. Shared and full use of kitchen, living room, downstairs half bath, waterfront back patio (with hammock), and communal pool. Literally steps from all the activities of Wilton Drive. 10-15 minutes to airport and Sebastian Beach with private parking space in a beautifully landscaped, gated community with parking, should you have a vehicle. Please note that while this location is smack in the middle of the gay business district and social life, the home itself is in a very quiet and gated community and is shared with the owner. While I hope you'll enjoy your stay, this is very much a "not bring the party home" environment. It's a quiet and orderly household yet very close to all of the action . Absolutely no drugs or strong colognes / fragrances. As a host, I make myself completely available both before and during your stay. Because I work from home, I'm usually around during the day to answer questions or assist in any way I can. I currently operate in a "clean as you go" mode but am amenable to hiring a scheduled professional cleaner with the cost to be shared between us.
