Our apartment will be available for sublease from June 15 until August 16, 2026. This is a fully furnished, second-floor apartment in UTC, with a fantastic location: 5-minute walk to Vons 15-minute walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or Ralphs 10-15 minutes to UCSD campus (car, bus, or bike) 5-minutes drive to Westfield UTC A bus stop just a block away The neighborhood is quiet and filled with lovely neighbors. Apartment details: Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, dresser, built-in closet, en suit bathroom. Bedroom 2: Single-sided bed with pull out trundle, book shelf, and built-in closet. Baby furniture, baby cot, high chair and toys, optional - we can remove from premises if not needed. Amenities: Washer, dryer, dish washer, coffee machine, oven, and stove. Kitchen: Fully equipped with spacious layout. Parking: Parking available within the living community. Outdoor Space: Community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and gym. Doyle Park across the street. No pets allowed.
