Quiet and accessible condo with plenty of charm!

Description

Our family is leaving Montreal for a year and we are looking for a couple or a small family to take over our Rosemont condo. Fully furnished, bright and spacious, our home has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one : heated floors, gas stove and fireplace, a small private terrace in front and a big, shared yard in the back. And if you're bringing your entire life with you, you'll love the extra storage space in the basement. Bars, restaurants and shopping, as well as Montreal's famous Botanical Garden and Olympic Stadium, are all accessible on foot or by BIXI (the local bike-sharing system). Several bus and subway lines take you downtown or to the Plateau in less than 30 minutes. Montreal's transportation system is far from excellent, but we'll gladly leave you instructions for the most efficient routes according to your needs. This house has a few quirks that need getting used to, and the heating bill may be a little higher than yours on account of those long Canadian winters, but every potential problem will be listed, along with all the solutions, in an instruction manual we will leave you before moving out.
