The single-storey dwelling, is an Art Deco apartment whereby the original heritage homestead was converted in the 1910's into eight apartments. Ideally located within walking distance to the University of Melbourne and Trinity College, the apartment has an entrance to the front of the building along with a back entrance along a well-light walkway to the side of the apartment. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with one for the tenant and the other occupied for the owner occupier. An L-shaped hallway extends from the bedrooms with a shared bathroom that features a shower with a rose head and a telephone hose where the washing machine is located in a closet beside the shower. There is ample opportunities for exercise, shopping and eating out with Carlton and Sydney Road, Brunswick within walking distance. A cycling bike track that travels to Port Melbourne in one direction and the Collingwood Children's Farm along the Yarra River and beyond in the other direction. The cultural and artistic delights of the City of Melbourne is just a short tram trip away with the new Parkville Tunnel providing easy access to many interesting suburbs. The Royal Melbourne Hospital is conveniently located along Royal Parade as is the facilities of RMIT. The owner occupier is an alumni of The University of Melbourne and works full time in education.
