I'm an English teacher in my mid-50s. Baking while listening to a great audiobook is one of my joys. I love my West Oakland neighborhood and I hope you will too. It's only a few minutes walk from the historic Acorn neighborhood where the Black Panthers got their start. There are beautiful old houses all around the neighborhood and DeFramery Park with its gaggle of geese is a 2 minute walk away. I live on the 3rd floor with one other tenant, so I'm seeking female tenants only.
